  • Blogs
    Moloco Consulting (MLC)’s responsibilities—including blog content creation, posting frequency, and engagement strategies—are outlined in the proposal and/or invoice documents provided to the Client. This policy defines our standard approach to blog development, including expectations for both parties, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. MLC manages the entire blog process, from topic ideation and writing to creating accompanying visuals. While we take the lead in developing ideas and creative direction, client input is always welcome prior to content development. Timelines & Client Deliverables: In order to meet the desired publishing schedule, blog topics must be confirmed at least 14 days before the planned posting date. This allows us sufficient time to write and design the blog, share it for review, and incorporate any requested changes before final approval and scheduling. Whether MLC or the Client is responsible for posting, this lead time ensures a consistent content flow. To help maintain this schedule, Clients are expected to provide feedback within three (3) business days of receiving draft content. If the Client has requested final approval before posting, that approval must also be given within three (3) business days of MLC sending the draft. Delays in these steps may result in the blog being excluded from the month’s delivery. We recognize that flexibility may be needed, and we're happy to adjust timelines when discussed in advance. However, once a content schedule is agreed upon, MLC will adhere to it to keep production and quality consistent. Blog services may include brief monthly check-ins or strategic planning calls as needed, provided client deliverables are submitted on time and the timeline is being followed. Missed Deadlines & Forfeited Posts: Failure to meet the agreed-upon deadlines may result in a forfeiture of services for that month. If the Client does not deliver required materials—such as content approvals, logins, assigned topics, or photography—MLC is under no obligation to deliver blog posts for that month. Missed deadlines will not result in refunds, credits, or carryovers. If final approval is not provided within the timeline and no prior accommodations have been discussed, that blog may be omitted from the posting schedule. Billing & Cancellation: Blog writing services are billed monthly and will begin on a mutually agreed-upon start date. All blog services require a minimum three-month commitment. Clients must provide access—such as logins to relevant platforms—prior to the start date. Once a start date has been confirmed, billing will proceed as scheduled, regardless of whether the client has delivered required materials. A valid payment method is required to be kept on file for ongoing services. Please note that to cancel service and avoid billing for the following month, Clients must notify MLC no later than the 15th of the preceding month. Any cancellations after that date will take effect the following month, after the next scheduled billing cycle.
  • Consulting
    All interactions with client, whether by text message, phone call, video call or in person are considered billable time and regardless of medium, will be invoiced accordingly based on client's contracted consulting rate.
  • Custom Printed Goods, Apparel & Promotional Products
    Before any custom printed goods, custom apparel or promotional products are produced, customer will receive a proof from Moloco (MLC). Once the customer approves the proof of the design MLC will consider the design final. As such, there are no returns or refunds for any custom goods. This policy is in place because custom goods are made specifically for the buyer and cannot be resold. We encourage buyers to carefully review the proof before approving it to ensure that the design meets their expectations.
  • Design Work
    Graphic design services are quoted based on our initial discussion of client’s specific needs. Final design, as delivered to client, belongs to client and Moloco makes no claims to the rights of such design. Once final design has been delivered to customer and further requests for modifications, reprints, etc may carry additional fees and are quoted as requested. All quoted project timelines and delivery are contingent upon timely feedback and approvals by client.
  • Email Hosting - Customer Domain
    E-Mail services utilizing the customer domain are not included in Moloco website packages but are quoted separately. If such services are set-up on behalf of Client, email provider fees associated with these services (if any) are the responsibility of Client.
  • Introductory / Project Scoping Call
    A Scoping Call is a complimentary call offered by MLC to learn more about client’s company and project to provide client with an accurate proposal for our services. Please note that scoping calls do not include any advice, guidance, or consulting services.
  • Landing Page
    The Basic Landing Page Package provides a single page website. Any additional pages or e-commerce capabilities are not available in this package. Once Client has agreed to move forward, and prior to the commencement of work, our process includes a 30 minute consultation to discuss ideas, preferences, vision and details. It is recommended that Client has looked online and has noted other inspirational pages/websites that are of a desired style or outline for reference. This package requires that Client provides all written and visual content. The initial version of the page is crafted based on the outcomes of this meeting. Subsequently, an additional meeting is scheduled to discuss edits, followed by revisions and delivery of the final version of the page. Once the final version is delivered, the project will be deemed complete. Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in advance, project work will not commence until Client has provided all required content/information as requested by Moloco Consulting. Should Client require assistance for idea generation, content creation, or visual elements for their landing page, alternative packages that include these services are available.
  • Logo Designs
    Agreed upon fees cover the creation of a distinctive logo and delivery of multiple file types needed for future use by Client. The Moloco Consulting Logo Design Package includes 6 steps: A virtual meeting is conducted initially to establish the direction and goals for the logo. Several logo options are crafted based on the outcome of this meeting. A second meeting is scheduled to review those designs and the logo options are narrowed down to no more than 5 with revisions based on Client feedback. A meeting is scheduled to review the revisions, and a logo is selected. Client provides final feedback, requested changes are made, and the logo design is delivered to the Client. Additional revisions beyond the above description will incur additional fees. All quoted project timelines and delivery are contingent upon timely feedback and approvals by Client. Upon completion of the project Client will own all rights to finalized logo.
  • Retainers
    A retainer is a prepayment arrangement designed to facilitate payment for upcoming services, offering flexibility and advantages to the client. Those who opt for a retainer often enjoy expedited service and quicker response times, thanks to a streamlined process that minimizes paperwork. While there are situations where a retainer may be mandatory, in other instances, it is highly recommended. If client requests refund of remaining retainer balance a $45.00 administrative fee will be deducted from remaining balance before refund.
  • SEO
    Moloco (MLC) does not guarantee any particular ranking outcomes on Google or other search engines. We recognize that such assurances are misleading, and if implemented, may be short-lived or result in penalties from search engines if they detect any manipulation of rankings. Nonetheless, we believe that optimizing a website in accordance with search engine guidelines can enhance its visibility and ranking in major search engines. As part of our SEO methodology, MLC will undertake a range of measures, including but not limited to the following: Use monthly data from Google Search Console to determine most popular search terms and optimize web content to reflect these terms Review site use data, including bounce pages, to optimize site structure to maximize user time on Review and correct any site error detected by Search Console to ensure full indexing by search engines Review mobile usability errors and correct/update to continually optimize for rapidly evolving mobile standards Monitor site performance including page load speeds and make modifications to optimize speed. MLC will require access to (if existing) or set-up the following items in order to provide SEO Services: Editor access to website platform Access to Google Analytics account Access to Google Search console account If client is using any additional analytics, SEO or search tools, access to these tools All MLC SEO Services require a minimum of a 3 month commitment.
  • Social Media Management
    Platforms and pages to be managed by Moloco Consulting (MLC) and MLC responsibilities, including any content creation, posting frequency and engagement strategies are outlined in the proposal and/or invoice document(s) provided to Client. Timelines & Client Deliverables: The client’s responsibilities are outlined in the proposal and/or invoice documents, which may include tasks such as topic creation, photography, monthly themes, etc. Social Media Management services are contingent on the client having an active and accessible Meta Business Manager account. If this is not in place, additional setup fees may apply. Clients are responsible for providing access to all relevant platforms prior to the agreed-upon start date. No work will commence until access is granted, and any resulting delays are the client’s responsibility. Once the start date is confirmed, billing will proceed as scheduled, regardless of whether access or required materials have been provided. Social Media services are billed monthly, beginning on a mutually agreed-upon start date. A valid payment method is required to be kept on file for recurring payments. A minimum three-month commitment is required for all Social Media service agreements. MLC will conduct monthly check-ins (via phone, video call, or email) to discuss strategy, content, and upcoming ideas. If the client has not submitted content preferences, MLC will reach out by the 15th of the prior month to initiate planning. Drafts will be provided for client review, and feedback must be returned within 3 calendar days to allow for necessary revisions and timely approvals. If the client misses the review deadline, MLC will have 5 business days from the date feedback is received to complete its work. Missed Deadlines & Forfeited Posts: If required content, feedback or approvals are not provided by the agreed-upon deadline, scheduled posts may be forfeited or delayed. Should the client fail to provide content within a given month, MLC is under no obligation to deliver services, and no refunds or post rollovers will be granted. Billing & Cancellation: Social Media Services are billed monthly and will begin on a mutually agreed-upon start date. This service requires a minimum three-month commitment. Once a start date has been confirmed, billing will proceed as scheduled, regardless of whether the client has delivered required materials. A valid payment method is required to be kept on file for ongoing services. Please note that to cancel service and avoid billing for the following month, Clients must notify MLC no later than the 15th of the preceding month. Any cancellations after that date will take effect the following month, after the next scheduled billing cycle.
  • State LLC Registration and Related Services
    Standard services include LLC registration with the relevant State authority to obtain business registration and the ability to legally operate within the state. In addition, Moloco shall register business with US IRS in order to obtain a Federal Tax ID. Service pricing does not include registration fees imposed by State, unless separately quoted. Any additional registration requirement imposed by County, City, Province or other local or state authorities are not included unless separately quoted by request of customer.
  • Website Design & Creation
    The Moloco (MLC) Standard Web Design Package provides a website that includes up to 6 of the following pages (or their equivalent as determined by MLC): Home, Contact Us, Menu, Testimonials, About, Services, Request a Quote, and/or Blog. Any additional pages, sections or e-commerce capabilities will be quoted separately. After the client has agreed to move forward, and prior to the commencement of work, our process includes a 1 hour consultation to discuss ideas, preferences, vision and details. It is recommended that the client has looked online and has noted other sites that are of a desired style or outline for reference. Standard Web Design Package includes 6 steps: A virtual meeting is conducted initially to establish the direction and goals for the website. The initial version of the website is crafted based on the outcomes of this meeting. Subsequently, up to two additional meetings are scheduled, each followed by a revision of the website. Once the ultimate refinements have been implemented, the project will be deemed complete. Recognizing the possibility of oversights by either party during the final stages of edits, MLC is committed to extending support during this post-completion period. MLC will remain accessible to the Client for one month following the conclusion of this Agreement, offering reasonable technical support and addressing any potential errors or deficiencies. This excludes any additional content. Although MLC will tailor the Client's website to their specifications, it's important to acknowledge that websites typically share common structures and navigation. Any template designs created by MLC before or during this agreement will remain the property of MLC. Recognizing that websites are frequently evolving, we suggest setting up a retainer for any post-completion additions and updates you may wish to implement. This is particularly beneficial for businesses with seasonal variations that may require site adjustments to align with changing needs. Any 3rd party fees, such as website hosting or domain name purchase, are not included in MLC Standard Web Design Package. These items may be quoted separately or client may elect to pay them directly to the providers themselves. Should MLC provide these services to client, ownership of the domain and/or website hosting shall be transferred to customer and future renewals of such services are the responsibility of customer. Custom emails utilizing client’s domain are not part of the Standard Web Hosting Package. MLC services to do this set-up are quoted separately.
  • Website Enhancements
    When modifying an existing website, Moloco (MLC) will be limited by the platform and the current structure of the site. MLC will make best business efforts to implement requested improvements and promptly notify the customer of any platform limitations that might affect these enhancements as they become apparent. When transferring a website from one platform to another, it's important to recognize that duplicating the exact structure on the new platform may not be feasible. Specific elements may be non-transferable due to constraints inherent in the previous platform.
  • Website Hosting
    Hosting services are quoted independently of website design services. Should Moloco activate such services for Client, ownership of hosting account will be transferred to client upon completion of design process. All future renewals of hosting services are the responsibility of Client. If Client is switching from a previous service and cancellation requirements of previous provider are Client responsibility.
  • Applies to All Services
    All Moloco Consulting (MLC) quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted on quote. All MLC services require payment before the commencement of work. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed to in advance. During the course of service being delivered, it may be necessary for the Client to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information. MLC will not share any of this proprietary information at any time, even after the Agreement is fulfilled. MLC also will not use any of this proprietary information for MLC corporate benefit at any time, even after the Agreement is fulfilled. The proprietary information disclosed by the Client to MLC throughout the term of this Agreement for Project purposes remains the exclusive ownership of the Client. MLC has no entitlement to utilize or claim rights over this proprietary information except for the completion of the Project. Following the Agreement's fulfillment, ownership of the final designs will be transferred to the Client. MLC is entitled to use final product for marketing its services unless specifically prohibited, in writing, by client. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing 24 hours of notice may result in a charge of $50, at the sole discretion of MLC. Such a charge may be deducted from customer retainer, if any, or may be billed to customer directly before appointment is rescheduled. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFIT, LOST BUSINESS, OR COSTS OF DELAY. Any additional terms or modifications to terms are listed in the estimate and/or invoice document(s) provided to the Client.
